Latino eyeliner otherwise known as eyeliner with a flick gives the perfect defined look for those confident that they will be happy with the shape of the design permanently the design template will be drawn on the lid prior so there is an opportunity to see the resulting look prior to the procedure all options will be discussed prior during the initial consultation.
